    If you receive the wrong color, product, or any visible defects, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Since each shade is custom-made, other returns are not accepted—but we’ll work with you to find the best solution, including a discounted replacement for incorrect measurements — 45% off with air shipping or 65% off with sea shipping, within 30 days of delivery.

    Gap Between Roller Shades

    When two roller shades are placed side by side, a visible gap of about 1 5/8 inches will appear between the fabric panels. This gap is caused by the brackets and mechanisms, which take up space on both sides of the shades.
