Cancellation & Adjustment Policy

 

Immediate Cancellation or Adjustment – No Fee
If you need to cancel your order within 12 hours of order confirmation, we will issue a full refund with no charges.
If you need to adjust your order (such as size, fabric, color, or liner selection) within the same 12-hour window, these changes are also free of charge.
This grace period gives you the flexibility to review your selections shortly after placing your order.

Cancellation or Adjustments During Production – 25% Fee
For cancellations or change requests (such as size, color, liner selection, or fabric) made after 12 hours from order confirmation and before the order has shipped, a 25% fee will apply.
This fee covers production work already started and the materials reserved specifically for your custom order.

After Shipment – No Cancellations or Adjustments
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the courier’s name and tracking information.
At this stage, the order cannot be canceled or refunded, as your made-to-order product is already in transit.

If your custom drapery, shades, or hardware don’t fit as expected, we’re here to help make it right.
