How to redeem your points

  1. 1. Sign in. Click the person icon in the top-right corner, or here.

  2. 2. Open My Rewards. In your Account Center, select My Rewards. If it is already open, continue to the next step.

  3. 3. View rewards. Select View Points & Rewards. When the Rewards panel opens, select Ways to redeem.

  4. 4. Choose your reward. In Ways to redeem, select a coupon available with your points, then tap View.

  5. 5. Redeem your points. Review the reward details, then tap Redeem. If you already have a reward available, Smile may ask you to confirm before continuing.

  6. 6. Use your coupon. Open Your rewards, select the issued coupon, and tap the copy icon beside its code. Paste the code into your cart's discount field and tap Apply, or enter it at checkout. Check the discount before placing your order. The $5 coupon shown here is single-use, requires a purchase of at least $10, and cannot be combined with another coupon or a current promo code on the same order.

Available reward levels: 500 points for $5 off · 1,000 points for $10 off · 1,500 points for $15 off · 2,000 points for $20 off · 3,000 points for $30 off.
