If you receive the wrong color, product, or any visible defects, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Since each curtain is custom-made, other returns are not accepted—but we’ll work with you to find the best solution, including a discounted replacement for incorrect measurements — 45% off with air shipping or 65% off with sea shipping, within 30 days of delivery.

Seam
Triple Pleat and Triple Tailor Pleat: Seam added if height > 102 1/2 inches and width > 40 inches.
Other headers: Seam added if height > 102 1/2 inches and width > 46 inches.
Memory Shape
Seam will be added if you choose memory shape and the panel width exceeds 141 inches.
We recommend purchasing two panels for a cleaner look.

We design our ripple-fold drapery for a 2 3/8″ runner spacing — it creates a clean, sculpted S-curve with a balanced rhythm.
If your track has a different spacing, the drapery still works beautifully. The wave simply opens in a different proportion.

No, you don’t need to multiply your width by 3. We’ve already factored in the fullness for you. Simply enter the total coverage width you’d like your curtains to cover — our production team will automatically calculate the fabric needed to achieve the perfect Ripple Fold look.
They require a specific track system with snap carriers and snap tape (not traditional rings or pins). The snap tape attaches to carriers in the track to achieve the signature ripple effect.
Fullness typically ranges from 1.7× to 2.2× the track width—Cozyology uses 100% (2×) fullness by default.
